Sweet Holidays: Part II

Two days ago I wrote about my winter holidays in Bremen, Germany. The first part is here.

Bremen is one of those beautiful and comfy cities, which have lots of places to go. Parks, river shore, many places to have a good glass of wine etc. But there's one area, where I left my heart, it's called Viertel.

Viertel is a small island of freedom and creativity, just exactly in the middle of Bremen. It's a place for all kinds of artists, youth, students and, of course, hipsters.
Vinyl stores, clubs, and cafes, colorful narrow and short streets with thousand secrets, DIY courses, beautiful unique houses, street art... That is why Viertel is heaven for those who feel or is young.

If I had a restaurant or some kitchen supplies store, that would be my perfect sigh.

The main thing, which I really like in places like Viertel: you can be anyone you want to be, and do anything you want to do (of course in a measure of criminal law:). If you're inspired to do something - please do. You can enjoy your time here just walking on streets.

I left my shadow inside of mirror on a street.

Street art in Viertel:

There's a lot of strange things in this area. Of course, you start to see those things, not from the first time, but when you see them you laugh or stand with your eyes wide open:

Now Viertel has a special place in my 'where-I-wanna-live' list.
Maybe one day my shoes will be up there...

And the last thing, like a cherry on a desert, is two tiny photos from Universum Bremen. UB is a science center for everyone: from a little kid to grow up. And it's awesome at least because it looks like a giant (?!) UFO. Second of all it's a perfect place to learn science with fun and even if you're 40, you have a mustache and a big belly, here you can behave like a child and don't be shy of it.
Here are few floors of a massive quantity of experiments and beware: billions Gb of information will try to fit into your head. You can see everything there: from creating of a hurricane to some magic magnet liquid. You can also try how an earthquake feels or see physics rules in a real action.

And the family portrait;)
