Nutella Pancakes

The Winter is finally over. It was the warmest Winter ever, also I spend incredibly great weeks with friends abroad, I had an awesome New Year celebration. This Winter was also hard and shocking. And now it's over. And I'm totally open for something fresh and new.
Last weekend I thought: why shouldn't I start cooking something new? So I decided to try myself in baking pancakes. It's delicious. It's sweet. And I'm not surprised, why everyone bakes pancakes at the end of February:)
Of course, you can try them with different syrups/sauces/fruits or bacon (I promise myself to bake bacon pancakes as soon as I will have my special 'pancake' mood;). As for me, I tried my very first pancakes with Nutella, adding some pear and almonds. And I strongly recommend you do to the same:)

Let's start baking!

For 12-14 pancakes we need:
550 g flour
3 egg
2 tsp sugar
350-400 ml milk
2-3 tsp baking powder
salt
vegetable oil or butter for frying

Optionally:
Nutella or your favorite syrup, fruit, berries etc.

Preparation Time:
1 hour 15 min

Baking Time:
40 min

Hard?
No, but needs a bit practice

Everything seems to be simple. Stir eggs with sugar and milk with flour and baking powder. Then mix it really good in a blender or using a mixer. As for me, I added everything in one mixing bowl, ingredient by ingredient. I also added one tsp of Nutella for a nice chocolate flavor.

The pastry has to be thick enough and that's the most tricky thing. The understanding comes with practice and only. So don't be shy to ask your mom (or YouTube) ;)
Now all you have to do is let your pastry wait for one hour, mix it again with a spoon, take a frying pan, preheat it, add vegetable oil or butter and start baking!

Turn pancake from one side to another after little bubbles start to appear.
Here's my very first one cute brown circle!;)

Tip: try to 'move' pancakes from one side to another as less as you can, because this 'traffic' ruins structure. And pancakes look less pretty. Don't make them feel sad - wait for enough and only than fry another side.
That's it!
I made a tower of pancakes by myself! One more childish dream completed:)
No more words! Let's eat
